Another great comic marred by a sub-par movie. 30 Days of Night has one of the simplest, greatest horror concepts ever: Vampires can only come out at night, so they go to North Alaska, where there’s a 30 day stretch where the sun doesn’t rise. Michele Gorman supports that opinion in stating “Graphic novels for children. The paper characteristics you select – such as thickness, texture and sheen level – largely depend on the image you are aiming to project. In general, I often have difficulty with science fiction that has altered realities and odd names.
