You might have seen reports about a study we helped to fund which suggests there’s not enough evidence to back the current UK guidelines on the types of fat we eat. Look for foods with a sodium content less than 350 milligrams for each serving. But foods and snacks high in fat, salt and sugar shouldn't be the main part of your diet, either.
